be careful with opening sentences! they are not eye catching and you do not want to bore your readers, try thinking it as if you are performing for your audience and you don't want to bore them so try using something that will make your readers eager to read more.otherwise the story is fabulous.
what ash said is true,plus,put a photo in your posts as this will attract your reader to read your blog and find it interesting.
